It has been more than a decade since we built our factory, cutting room and elaborates, a successful project, with which we managed to close the full circle of production: «from the producer to the final consumer», of which we are very proud since it has allowed us to consolidate in a global market.
Located in the polygon El Montalvo III, Calle Vertical Cuarta, plot No. 11 of Carbajosa de la Sagrada (Salamanca), in a strategic enclave with direct connections by highway to Madrid, Valladolid and Portugal, and 2 km from the city center of Salamanca. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and a highly qualified professional team in the management, production and quality of our activities.

ASOCARSA S.A., slaughterhouses of which we are co-owners, we sacrifice our animals, both beef, pig and sheep. With sanitary record 10/07239-SA, and address in Ctra. From Florida de Liébana S/N 37008 de Salamanca, in which we have a highly qualified veterinary team, which ensures food safety and the control and traceability of the canals for further cutting in our factory. We also
sacrifice our beef and lamb for the halal rite, cooperating with an extensive network of slaughterhouses that make us slaughter and processing, for later commercialization by Carnicas Santos.
Our quality department, headed by our own veterinary group, in addition to those assigned by the Junta de Castilla y león that ensure the food safety and quality of our production processes, allows us to apply to our farmers, suppliers and products a rigorous traceability control to offer the maximum guarantee to our customers.

PACKING
Storage and packaging of our products in our facilities.

Refrigerator and freezing establishment
LOGISTICS
The distribution and logistics of our products are done directly with our fleet of refrigerated trucks, to ensure that the cold chain is not lost, delivering the product to our customers in 24 hours.
We also have refrigerated transport agencies for destinations such as the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and other European destinations.
All this infrastructure, and the scope of our activities, allow us to reach any type of customer such as wholesalers, butchers, large areas, communities, residences, hospitals and high restoration, providing quality products with the greatest food security.
